1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly: When you submit a form on the Site — including the Contact form, Request a Quote form, Become a Carrier signup, the full Carrier Agreement, or the load alert email signup — we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, company name, phone number, email address, MC/DOT number, equipment types, preferred lanes, and, for carriers completing the full agreement, banking/ACH details for direct-deposit payment and insurance information.

Information collected automatically: Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit the Site, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URLs, via cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: respond to quote requests and contact inquiries; evaluate and process carrier signups and Carrier Agreements; match carriers to relevant freight via load alert emails; operate and improve the Load Board and Site; send account- and shipment-related communications; send marketing communications where you've opted in (which you may unsubscribe from at any time); analyze Site usage and traffic (via tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta Pixel); prevent fraud and maintain the security of the Site; and comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, including DOT/FMCSA-related recordkeeping for carrier relationships.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: motor carriers and shippers as necessary to arrange and coordinate a specific shipment (e.g., providing a carrier's contact and equipment details to confirm a load, or a load's pickup/delivery contact to a booked carrier); service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as email delivery and marketing (Mailchimp), analytics (Google Analytics/GTM), advertising measurement (Meta Pixel), hosting (GoDaddy), and payment/ACH processing; and as required by law, subpoena, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of COSO Logistics, our carriers, customers, or others.
